  • Write manufacturing specifications for compounds, materials, and mixing
  • Chemical testing of materials in wet chemistry lab & maintaining test specifications
  • Assist in development of new compounds, raw materials, analytical techniques & methods
  • Evaluate new materials in RTL Standard formulations
  • Establish compounding process related to new approved materials
  • Evaluate process issues and initiate solutions
  • Develop and specify changes to processing procedures
