Job Description For Jio Jobs 2022
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling of Customer calls and providing resolution with the help of L2 Engineers.
2. Monitoring of Network and Service touchpoints of given work area in NOC.
3. Monitoring Dashboards and Performance KPIs
4. Raising alerts within a team in case of any threshold crossing alerts
5. Monitoring TT alerts and addressing basic L1 issues
7. Coordinating with Circle for Fibre, Utility, and other related issues
8. Ensure customer problems are resolved as per the TAT and SLA provided by the business.
9. Carry out MIS reporting and analysis for troubleshooting and development of ENOC operations
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Fresh diploma trainees in Electronics
2- Candidates are required to have 60% in 10, 12, and Diploma in Electronics.
3-Candidates should have completed the course without any education gap / Backlog
4- Candidates who have completed their diploma in Electronics in 2020 and 2021 are eligible for the role.
This job requires working in rotational shifts.
