Job Description For Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd Jobs 2022

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Designer   Pumps/Piston to join our diverse engineering team of Industrial Pumps & Motors. Execute product customization requirements of existing Hydraulic Pumps and Motors, to meet customer-specific requirements. Provide CAD support to NPI and VA/VE projects. Suggest continuous improvement actions to improve productivity and quality of deliverables of existing product engineering.

Responsibilities For Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd Jobs 2022

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. 
  • Perform product customization & release engineering documents for customer, production & pricing. 
  • Manage Engineering Change requests and maintain revision control via PDM /PLM tools.
  • Evaluate and support manufacturing, supplier, and customer requests.
  • Application of Geometric dimension and tolerance, stack-up analysis on component and assembly drawings.
  • Develop assembly and component drawings as per ASME and Industry standards.
  • Design of castings and forgings as per ASME and Industry standards
  • Plan own work to meet priorities to meet On-time delivery and quality.
  • Communicate, work & understand cross-functional and global teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement of engineering change management processes and tools.
  • Performs quality checks to ensure the design meets Company and customer standards/requirements.
  • CAD- support new product development and VA/VE projects.
  • Study and keep abreast with an engineering analysis of hydraulic products and components.

Skills Required For Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd Jobs 2022

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 0-3 years of product customization and design experience
  • Looking for only Female candidates.
  • Expertise in 3D CAD tools ProE WIldfire, UG, Solid works, etc.
  • Knowledge of Engineering change management process.
  • Experience on PDM / PLM tools like Enovia, team center, etc.
  • Knowledge of ASME and ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and Stack Up analysis.
  • Awareness of Root Cause Analysis, 8D methodology awareness.
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, machining, and inspection processes.
  • Pro/E Wildfire 3.0/5.0 and AutoCAD working experience
  • Knowledge of piston pumps and motor design will be added advantage
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes, tool design
  • Understanding of Hydraulics circuit
